Penelope Women's Breeches-Elegance

The White Elegance Breeches feature a row of small rhinestones on the waistband and as accents on front and back pockets.  The Penelope logo is also featured on the side of the leg in rhinestones.  These comfortable stretch breeches have a non-slip reinforcement on the inside of the knees and have a slightly high sitting waist.  The lower leg features a Lycra bottom that accomodates a wide range of leg types.  Made of a polyamide elastane fabric that maintains their shape beautifully..machine wash cold and hang to dry
